Draughtsman, Landscape

Requirements :

Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent.

At least 3 years of working experience with Landscape Consultants firm or any property developer.

Portfolio showcasing previous landscape drafting work for residential developments is often required.

Proficiency in CAD software for drafting detailed landscape plans, planting layouts, and hardscape designs.

Ability to produce precise, accurate drawings that meet project specifications.

Tasks & Responsibilities :

To create various accurate technical drawings by adhering to various specifications and calculations. Including but not limited to handle all detailing and construction drawings.

To check and correct working drawings.

To produce drawing details from related documentations.

To well versed and knowledgeable on local authority guidelines.

To create and maintain database of drawings, specifications, materials, etc.

To ensure drawings well deliverable and meet management timeline schedule.

To printing drawings, compilation and documentations.

To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
