Job Description

Yes Global is seeking a responsible and well-mannered Personal Driver & Office Support to provide transportation for company executives and assist with basic office duties when not driving. The ideal candidate must be trustworthy, punctual, and able to maintain discretion and professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities

🚗 Driving Duties

Drive company directors or executives to meetings, appointments, and events.

Ensure vehicle is maintained in clean, safe, and roadworthy condition.

Follow traffic laws and maintain safety standards at all times.

Plan routes and monitor traffic to ensure timely arrival.

Perform daily vehicle checks and schedule regular servicing.

🗂️ Office Support Duties

Assist with office errands, document delivery, and small courier tasks.

Support basic administrative duties such as filing or receiving parcels.

Standby at the office when not on driving duty to assist with ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

Possess a valid Malaysian driving license (Class D).

Minimum 2 years' driving experience (experience driving executives is an advantage).

Good knowledge of Klang Valley routes and traffic conditions.

Professional appearance, discreet, and reliable.

Able to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends if required.

Able to communicate in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
