DTP Artist

Requirements
-Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
-Proficiency in using DTP software such as Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
-Strong understanding of typography, layout principles, and color theory.
-Ability to prepare files for print production, including preflighting and creating print-ready PDFs.
-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy to ensure high-quality output.
-Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both written and verbal.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
-Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for DTP and print production.
-Entry-level position suitable for fresh graduates with a passion for design and publishing.
-Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and technologies in the field of DTP.

Responsibilities
-Prepare and format documents for print and digital publication, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
-Collaborate with editors, designers, and other team members to ensure the visual consistency and quality of publications.
-Proofread and review layouts to identify and correct errors in typography, spacing, and image placement.
-Manage and maintain digital assets, including fonts, images, and templates, ensuring they are organized and accessible.
-Operate and maintain DTP software and equipment, staying up-to-date with the latest industry standards and technologies.
-Adapt designs and layouts for different platforms and formats, including print, web, and mobile devices.
-Assist in the creation of visual elements, such as charts, graphs, and illustrations, to enhance the overall presentation of information.
