E-Commerce Assistant (Product Listing)

We are a growing e-commerce company looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Upload and manage product listings on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
• Create and edit product titles, descriptions, specifications and categories.
• Update product images, pricing and inventory.
• Ensure all product information is accurate and complete.
• Assist with daily marketplace operations and promotional campaigns.
• Perform basic sales data checking and reporting.
• Coordinate with warehouse and customer service teams.
• Complete other e-commerce related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Female, aged 18–35 years old.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel & Word).
• Able to read and understand basic English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Responsible, organized and willing to learn.
• Good attention to detail and able to work independently.
• Experience with Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop is an advantage, but training will be provided.

Monday – Saturday
