E-Commerce Executive

Responsibilities
-Overseeing e-commerce activities on product listing, pricing, and promotion on the e-commerce platforms (internal and external platform).
-Manage on daily e-commerce routine, including product listing, inventory management, shipment, order fulfilment, and promotional material and visual.
-Planning and execute e-commerce online campaign and promotion to meet company goal.
-Attend to customer inquiries on all e-commerce platform (internal and external).
-Implementing customer retention strategies to increase repeat purchases and loyalty.
-Attend to customer inquiries on all e-commerce platform (internal and external).
-Work closely with marketing and operation team, to ensure seamless e-commerce operations and enhance customer experience.
-Responsible for analyzing data to identify trends, track performance, and make data-driven recommendation for improvement.
-Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
-Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/ Management, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
-Minimum of two years of experience in an e-commerce role would be an advantage.
-Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
-Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated and a team player.
-Proficient in using Adobe Illustrator/Adobe Photoshop.
-Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
