E-Commerce Executive

Brief

Our #MKAJoycareTeam is expanding! We are hiring E-Commerce Executive (Store Management & Live Commerce) to develop and implement online marketing strategies and manage & optimize online sales channels for our health and beauty products.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Lazada Shop.

Support and execute online sales campaigns, promotions, vouchers, and platform tools.

Assist in live commerce activities, including hosting live sessions and creating simple sales-driven content.

Work with affiliates, live hosts, KOLs and influencers to drive online sales.

Create basic product content (short videos, reels, live clips) for e-commerce and social platforms.

Monitor sales performance, orders, and campaign results; prepare simple reports.

Requirements

Fresh graduates are welcome (Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce or related field).

Interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, live selling, and content creation.

Comfortable appearing on camera for live or video content (training will be provided).

Familiar with TikTok, Shopee, Lazada or other online shopping platforms.

Positive attitude, willing to learn, and hands-on.

Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English

Additional info

We are fully on site and our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

Our office, MKA Joycare Sdn Bhd is located at 40, Jln TPP 3, Taman Perindustrian Putra, 47130 Puchong, Selangor.
