E-Commerce Executive (Remote)

Job Responsibilities

Manage and maintain product listings, images, and descriptions on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, etc.).

Plan and execute online sales campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.

Analyse competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Monitor e-commerce platforms' traffic, conversion rates, and key performance metrics.

Regularly update Google Business Profile posts with new promotions, offers, and content to drive foot traffic.

Assist in applying basic SEO techniques to product listings and website content.

Implement strategies to improve local SEO performance and map pack ranking.

Analyse local search insights and adjust tactics to maximise visibility.

Perform any other ad-hoc tasks and cross-functional projects as assigned to support business operations.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.

1-2 years of relevant experience in eCommerce or digital marketing. Fresh graduates with strong interest and relevant skills are also encouraged to apply.

Familiar with managing eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, or similar).

Basic knowledge of SEO, including on-page optimisation and local SEO best practices.

Strong attention to detail with good organisational and time management skills.

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and recommend improvements.

Creative and proactive in driving online sales and customer engagement.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote work environment.
