E-Commerce Packer

About the role

Tomaz Shoes is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Packer to join our team in Subang Jaya, Selangor. As an E-Commerce Packer, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately packing customer orders for delivery. This full-time position is an integral part of our online retail operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

-Carefully pick, pack and prepare customer orders for shipping

-Ensure all orders are packaged securely and neatly to prevent damage during transit

-Maintain inventory accuracy and organisation in the packing area

-Process and prepare outgoing shipments in a timely manner

-Assist with stock counting and inventory management tasks as needed

-Provide excellent customer service and respond to any packing-related inquiries


What we're looking for

-Candidate must possess at least SPM. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

-Previous experience in a packing or e-commerce fulfillment role, preferably in the retail industry

-Good written and verbal communication in English & Malay. Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

-Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently

-Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure

-Comfortable using basic technology and systems to process orders

-A proactive and organized approach to work

-Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
