Ecommerce Operations Project Coordinator

Responsibilities of a Ecommerce Operations Project Coordinator but are not limited to:

-Execute checklist of actionable during campaigns.

-Work with CRM, creative, marketplace platforms after campaign pricing confirmed.

-Create/Improve SKU listings to ensure our customer experiences are the best.

-Handle all our website (www.prismplus.my) banners and freebies updates.

-Submit forecast to operation team for them to plan manpower allocation.


Requirements

-Proficient in Lazada, Shopee Seller Centre Portal (>1 years of Experience).

-Proficient in Shopify portal (>1 year of Experience).

-Proficient in Excel.

-Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing, or any relevant course of studies.

-At least 2 years’ experience in digital marketing – preferred to be in a e-commerce company.

-Ability to work during midnights/weekends during to campaign requirements.

-Thrives in dynamic, uncertain, and fast-moving environments, a hustler.

-A strong level of passion to understand thoroughly performance advertisement growth metrics.
