Responsibilities:
1. Hardware/software testing, debug and analysis & diagnostic problem
2. testing and feedback new product
3. Provide documentation, training and support to customer.
4. Identifies, investigates, and resolves user’s problems with computer software and hardware.
5. support calls, chat, email, and/or other communication from users with inquiries regarding software, connectivity, and similar concerns.
6. Maintains knowledge of technology innovations and trends.
