Employer Partnerships Manager

Diploma and above, no higher education limit, age 25–36 years old.
Prior B2B sales, employer partnership, HR tech, recruitment or digital advertising sales experience is a strong plus.
Able to identify employers’ hiring pain points and provide suitable recruitment advertising solutions.
Confident in solution presentation, negotiation and handling client objections in real time.
Comfortable engaging and building relationships with HR and talent acquisition stakeholders.
Self-motivated, target-driven, able to work under sales pressure and manage new & existing clients.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, basic Microsoft Office skills....
