Requirements

Qualifications:

Degree in Engineering (Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechatronics)
Minimum 3 years of experience in automation field
Good working relationship and positive work attitude, self-motivated with ability to work independently and in team environment
Innovative, creativity and hardworking
Strong technical leadership, analytical & problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus as to need to liaise with associate
Nice to Have:

Knowledge of safety standards related to automated systems
Machinery certification knowledge (UL, CE, SEMI S2, S8…etc)

About the Role:



We are looking for a detail-oriented and innovative Automation Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and implement automated electrical systems in industrial and manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with electrical circuit design, control systems, and industrial automation technologies. You will play a key role in optimizing production efficiency, ensuring equipment reliability, and driving technological improvements.





Key Responsibilities:



Liaise with Mechanical Design and Software teams to understand project requirements and integrate electrical design specifications into the machine’s development.
Create and maintain detailed bills of materials (BOM), selecting and sourcing electrical components aligned with project needs, cost-effectiveness, and availability.
Utilize AutoCAD (or other electrical schematic tools) to design electrical schematic diagrams in accordance with customer specifications and project requirements.
Design optimal layouts for electrical control boxes, ensuring precise wire sizing and implementing circuit protection mechanisms as per system requirements.
Collaborate closely with the Purchasing Department to track and ensure timely delivery of all necessary components for machine assembly and deployment.
Provide clear and concise instructions to the Assembly regarding the wiring and integration of electrical components within the machine.
Perform rigorous electrical system testing and troubleshooting during machine power-up, ensuring smooth software operation and functionality before final delivery.
Adhere strictly to ISO requirements and industry safety standards, integrating these protocols into all aspects of design and operation.
Ability to travel both locally and overseas, upon requests for project onsite installation support.
Perform additional tasks as directed by superiors as part of ongoing responsibilities.
Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
