职位描述
Manage, verify and analyse data from EVC/EFM/AMR available in JD Edwards system (JDE) or
Gas Management System (GMS) system for Unauthorised and/or Authorised Overrun
calculation and produce daily consumption trends in order to ensure surcharges calculation
for affected customers are done timely and accurately.
Identify improvements and subsequently propose for Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
update/revision in order to ensure proper provision and practices incorporated into the SOP in
compliance with departmental procedures and relevant standards and laws.
Manage and compile daily actual consumptions profile at Exit Points for each Shipper against
their nominations and reserved capacity and produce trends in GMS in order to ensure timely
submission and reliable data for issuing surcharge/ gas invoices.
Manage and compile gas quality report produced from monitoring system such as GaSalur and
SCADA and from PETRONAS Gas Berhad available data in order to ensure the gasses delivered
at Entry Point shall conform to the specified Gas Specification.
Manage and validate the measurement of daily gas quantities allocated to the respective Exit
Points and reconcile actual daily usage at Entry Point, if need be, and compile and produce
trends in GMS in order to ensure the measured gasses are delivered appropriately to the
relevant Exit Points.
Manage and compile all monthly consumptions profile at Entry and Exit Points based on
operational data and billing data in order to estimate amount of Internal Gas Consumption
(IGC) in order to ensure safe and reliable gas supplies from a Distribution Network and to
minimize the IGC Gas requirements of each Distribution Network.
Ensure the availability of operational and billing data from PETRONAS City Gate as Entry Point
and GMD's EFM data as Exit Point in order to forecast future gas consumption for efficient
management of gas facilities.
Manage adjustment to the Confirmed Nomination and/or quantity of gas being offtaken for
such Shipper at a relevant Exit Points in the event of Operational Flow Orders (OFO) or
Unscheduled Maintenance after collating sufficient inputs from GNI in order to safeguard the
reliability, safety and integrity of a Distribution Network in adverse circumstances.
Liaise with Operation & Maintenance during OFO to monitor and record chronological event in
order to ensure availability of gas during OFO and also to assist GDM to make sound decision.
Coordinate and maintain good communication and relations with Suruhanjaya Tenaga,
Shippers, PETRONAS and other related parties in order to ensure issues related to all parties
are resolved in an appropriate manner and provide the management with the updated
information.
