Engineer, Process

Job Responsibilities:

•Conduct detailed analysis of biochemical/chemical processing technologies to be incorporated in Gas Malaysia’s project, identifying opportunities for optimization, efficiency enhancement, and environmental sustainability.

•Prepare or review the detailed engineering designs, process flow diagrams, equipment specifications, and operating procedures to support project implementation and process optimization initiatives.

•Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve design and performance, reduce environmental impact, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

•Knowledge in advanced simulation software and modeling techniques to evaluate process alternatives, optimize equipment performance, and maximize resource utilization.

•Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that process improvements align with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental sustainability goals.
•Monitor project schedules and budgets, identify potential issues and implement corrective actions. Coordinate and supervise the work of contractors, consultants and other project personnel.

•Provide technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and training to operations personnel to ensure successful implementation and ongoing maintenance of process enhancements.

•Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to Oil and Gas/Biogas/Renewable Energy production processes, incorporating relevant advancements into process optimization efforts.
