Engineer R&D - Technology Innovation

Responsibilities
- R&D human development, digital transformation and organization culture
- Research for new invention, innovation and improvement of system and method in R&D operation and business.
- Develop, update and implement system and method of standard operation rules, procedure, manuals etc
- Develop, update and conduct related education and learning program.
- Develop and update program contents of specific knowledge and competency framework required in R&D
- Coordinate team in research, development and implementation of new system and application
- Lead digitalization initiatives for engineering and innovation process
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics or equivalent.
- Good command of English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fresh graduates from Japanese universities are strongly encouraged to apply
- Applicants must be willing to work in Rawang, Selangor
