Fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Management Trainee Programme:
1st year (Integration and Exploration):
- Guided by a dual mentorship system with experienced business and life mentors
- Rotate through various core departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the world-class manufacturing system and identify your area of expertise

2nd year (Positioning and Deepening):
- Determine a core technical or management role based on personal interests and first-year performance
- Independently lead project modules and rapidly develop into a technical backbone through hands-on practice

Years 3-5 (Transformation and Leadership):
- Enter the company’s talent pipeline and receive advanced management and leadership training
- Take on team management responsibilities and develop into a key pillar of the company

Year 5 and Beyond (Achievement and Mutual Success):
- Become a member of the company’s core decision-making team, driving business development and technological innovation
- Your future roles include director, executive, and industry expert!
