Equipment Engineer - Batu Kawan

Equipment Engineer
-Responsible for company process equipment full cycle management, handling asset and calibration management.
-Standardize and train staff on new manufacturing equipment, including creating working instructions and procedure.
-Lead technicians to troubleshoot and maintain manufacturing equipment related problems including modification if required to ensure optimal performance.
-Develop and implement efficient and cost-effective maintenance programme for manufacturing equipment.
-Ensure scheduled maintenance and availability of parts are effectively carried out to minimize equipment downtime and production disruptions. Establish essential spare parts inventory.
-Participate in the verification and review of new equipment, get involved to equipment selection.
-Initiate continuous improvement worked to enhance equipment/tester productivity and reduce maintenance cost.
-Perform calibration datasheet/ certificate review, and in charge calibration activities.
-Ensure all calibration documents and practices are in compliance to applicable procedures and quality standards


REQUIREMENTS:
-Able to communicate with Headquarters in Wuhan, China, and all races in Malaysia.
-Possess a Vocational Diploma or any higher certification in Electronics & Optics.
-Agree to work in dust-free clothing.
-Proficiency in using software such as EXCEL, WORD, Protel, and CAD.
