EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

New machinery survey, design, modification & phase in.

New jig design & phase in.

Machinery parameter optimization.

Troubleshoot and repair on equipment.

Monitor overall maintenance activities.

Supervise on PM program and strengthen machine maintenance capability.

Ensure scope of work is conducted in a manner that complies with regulatory and environmental health and safety legislation.

Monitor and follow-up the new equipment after installation or after machines up grading.

To manage the spare part usage

Machine setup, upgrade, trouble shooting analysis

PM schedule arrangement and machine stability analysis
