职位描述
1. Work with clients to identify their estate planning needs and goals.
2. Develop and implement customized estate plans for clients,
including Wills, Trusts and other legal documents.
3. Advice and guidance on tax planning, charitable giving and other financial matters related to estate planning.
4. Communicate complex legal and financial concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
5. Keep abreast of changes in estate planning laws and regulations and adjust clients plan accordingly.
6. Market estate planning services to potential clients and network with other professionals in the industry.
