Event Executive

Conceptualize, plan, and execute in-store events, promotional activities, and health awareness campaigns.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and impactful event concepts aligned with the company's objectives.

Liaise with internal departments and vendors to ensure seamless execution of events.

Coordinate logistics, including venue setup, signage, promotional materials, and staffing requirements.

Required to support the promotion in events and manage cashier duties, as well as oversee stock inventory.

Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all event-related materials.

Interact with customers during events, addressing inquiries, and gathering feedback to improve future initiatives.

Develop and maintain relationships with local community organizations to enhance community engagement.

Provide detailed post-event reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
