Executive, Events & Promotions

Job Description:

Assist in planning and executing effective Marketing campaigns in-line with the Company's marketing objectives and positioning through events and promotions

Assist to secure sponsorships and collaborations from external organizers and/or tenants in presenting vibrant and exciting campaigns

Prepare relevant approval documents for event proposals

Liaise and work closely with tenants, contractors and event companies to ensure successful execution of projects and events

Establish and maintain effective communication and good relationship with tenants and external organizers or suppliers

Provide input into overall event strategy, planning and delivery process

Prepare and process quotations and invoices for Finance Department and ensure that all event related administrative records are kept up-to-date



Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Marketing/Public Relations/Mass Communications/Journalism or related field

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Good written and verbal communication skills

Able to thrive in fast-paced, high intensity working environment

Strong networking abilities, resourceful and a multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail
