Job Responsibilities:
Governance – coordinate the ongoing development and implementation of an effective framework, corporate policies and procedures to ensure accountability, transparency and legal compliance.
Assist in the coordination, supervision, and assessment of integrity programs/training to foster a culture of compliance and ethical behaviour within the organization.
Develop and prepare a comprehensive Anti-Corruption Plan that outlines practical measures to address corruption at Gas Malaysia.
Assist the Head, Integrity and Governance in carrying out Corruption Risk Assessments.
Coordinate and conduct Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) audit.
Provide authoritative advisory and consultancy services in respect of workforce integrity matters, including compliance with organisational policies, legislation and other relevant requirements.
Conduct briefings to employees to ensure awareness of changes in policies and processes.
Develop solid relationships with organization management to increase their awareness of corruption, power abuse, misconduct, and violations of integrity.
Execute continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Compliance / Governance & Ethics / Social Sciences / Risk Management / Accounting / Business Administration or a related field with at least CGPA 3.00/above.
2-3 years of relevant working experience in integrity & governance roles, risk management or related areas.
Exposure to ABAC, anti-fraud, or governance functions through internships, academic projects, or coursework is an advantage.
Basic understanding of ABAC principles, governance requirements, and auditing standards, with a strong willingness to learn.
Strong interest in integrity, governance, and compliance functions, with a positive, professional, and result-oriented attitude.
