Executive, IT EMS

Responsibilities
1. Provide ongoing support for SAP applications, answer user inquiries, and troubleshoot issues.
2. Gather business requirements, design systems, and offer solutions to meet user needs.
3. Configure and develop SAP for new business requirements and conduct testing.
4. Participate in or lead project implementations.
5. Guide users, conduct training, and create user manuals and training materials.
6. Communicate and solve problems effectively in a friendly and polite manner.

Requirements :
Technical Skills:
-Min Bachelor Degree.
-Experience with SAP S4 HANA/ERP, particularly in Material Management (MM) and integration with other modules such as Sales & Distribution (SD), Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Plant Maintenance (PM).
-Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SuccessFactors, or SAP RISE is a plus.
-Basic understanding of SAP ABAP and BASIS in a manufacturing environment is recommended.
-Hands-on experience with relevant ERP modules or similar technologies.
-Familiarity with the manufacturing industry, including regulations and compliance.
-Ability to manage projects, timelines, and stakeholders.
-Experience working with vendors and internal teams.
-Strong documentation and reporting skills.
-Basic understanding of accounting and purchasing processes.
-2 - 3 years of experience in ERP processes, including project management roles.
