Executive, Leasing (Cheras)

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Execute Leasing operations for commercial / residential spaces to increase/maintain occupancy rate.

Identify, communicate and negotiate efficiently with tenants and prospect

Process leasing documentations, reports and tenant correspondences

Assist in managing the daily operations of the leasing department

Assist in driving marketing strategies, formulate and implement marketing and leasing plans

To manage tenants in a proactive manner to ensure the highest possible occupancy with good yields

Able to develop a feasibility studies on market trend (marketing & leasing point of view)

Perform any other functions as directed by the superior from time to time

Requirement:

Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience in related.

3-5 years relevant working experience in related field preferably in commercial properties and leasing activities
