Executive, Legal & Compliance

Overview of the Position:

This role will support the legal and compliance functions of the organization by assisting in the preparation and review of legal documents, monitoring regulatory requirements, and ensuring proper documentation and filing practices.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, well-organized, and possesses a foundational understanding of corporate legal processes and compliance requirements.



The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative:



Prepare, review, and revise various legal documents and agreements.

Conduct legal research on issues relevant to the company’s operations and regulatory obligations.

Track and follow up on the status of intellectual property registrations.

Support company licensing processes, including applications and correspondence with local authorities.

Assist in identifying and assessing potential legal and compliance risks.

Provide support for corporate secretarial tasks and related administrative functions.

Organize, file, and manage legal documents and records efficiently.

Perform additional tasks and assignments as directed by the supervisor and management.

To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below:



Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB)and its related field.

Knowledge about corporate laws and regulations.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
