The Executive, Mortgage Recovery Team is responsible for re-engaging buyers whose bookings were previously cancelled or rejected due to loan issues. The role involves conducting detailed financial assessments, coordinating with banks, and guiding buyers toward successful financing and booking closure.
This position requires strong financial literacy, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset to convert rejected cases into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Buyer Engagement (Connect)
Identify and contact buyers from previously cancelled or rejected property bookings.
Build rapport and assess buyer readiness for loan reconsideration.
Maintain high responsiveness and professionalism in all buyer interactions.
2. Financial Assessment (Assess)
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including DSR, CCRIS, CTOS, and commitment ratios.
Evaluate each buyer’s financial standing and identify the reasons for prior loan rejection.
Recommend suitable loan solutions or improvement strategies based on assessment findings.
3. Credit Guidance (Initiate)
Advise buyers on practical steps to improve their credit profiles, such as applying for ASB loans, managing credit cards, or pursuing debt consolidation programs.
Educate buyers on documentation requirements, bank processes, and expected timelines.
Follow through with buyers until credit improvement actions are completed.
4. External Coordination
Liaise directly with banks and financial partners on behalf of buyers to facilitate loan reconsideration.
Coordinate submission of updated financial documents and ensure timely communication with all parties involved.
Track each case progress and ensure efficient resolution.
5. Sales Finalization (Close)
Once financing is approved, manage the end-to-end sales closure process, including booking confirmation and documentation.
Coordinate with internal sales and administrative teams to complete the sale.
6. Documentation & Tracking
Ensure all cases are accurately logged in the ERP system.
Maintain organized documentation of buyer profiles, follow-ups, and bank correspondences.
Provide periodic updates and conversion reports to the Team Leader.
7. Compliance & Process Adherence
Verify that all leads originate from legitimate, previously cancelled, or rejected cases as recorded in the ERP system.
Ensure strict confidentiality of buyer data and compliance with company policies.
