Executive Order Management (Salary up to MYR 6,500 based at Kuala Lumpur)

Job Summary

You will execute Customer Order Management functions for internal and external customers. You will also work closely with business, distributors/end customers, internal customers, finance, and supply chain to ensure timely delivery of goods. Lastly, you will support business objectives; deliver high level of service & performance and engage customers, facilitating information flow & providing support to the order fulfillment process.

Responsibilities

Execute and manage Order Processing transactions accurately and promptly.

Review on order processing procedure according to the business needs .

Co-ordinate with Planning to ensure stock availability as required.

Co-ordinate with Finance to ensure credit release on time.

Co-ordinate with Logistics/Shipping to ensure special instructions are received/ understood, as required.

Handle customers order enquiries/complaints.

Coordinate customers claims for shipping discrepancies ie damage, short shipment, over shipment, pricing etc.

Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), Individual Impact Goals (IIG) and meet Development Plan.

Manage and facilitate the Service Level Agreement applicable to Customer Interface.

Support service and customer priority strategies.

Support cost reduction and/ or process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Min Diploma or Degree holder with at least 3-4 years experience in Customer Order Management.

Highly customer & business oriented.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in MS Excel.

A good team player with ability to work cross culture.

Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.

Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.

Must be willing to be based at Kuala Lumpur City Centre.
