What you'll be doing
Prepare and manage weekly dealer bid batches, ensuring all device details are accurately listed.
Consolidate dealer submissions, verify bid entries, calculate winning bids and corresponding GP margins.
Coordinate with the marketing sales team to validate pricing and finalize deal clauses.
Maintain transparent and auditable bid documentation for management review.
Support pricing reviews by comparing market pricing, dealer offers and internal benchmarks.
Daily coordination on sales report, CN and sales invoice with internal finance and operations team.
Track sales margin trends and identify deviations or pricing inefficiencies.
Prepare and update weekly remarketing performance reports, including revenue, GP and dealer participation rates.
Track bid-to-sale conversion rates and highlight exceptions or underperforming models.
Maintain accurate records of transaction data for audit and finance reconciliation.
Collaborate with IT and functional teams to improve process automation and data accuracy.
Support any project initiative, tracking dealer onboarding, utilization and credit allocation for smoother financing flow.
Liaise with the inventory, finance and logistics teams to ensure accurate stock allocation and shipment readiness.
Communicate with dealers on bid outcomes, payment timelines and collection coordination.
What we're looking for
2-3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the client and sales administration domain
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
