Executive, Supply Planner

The Supply Planner manages order fulfillment, maintains inventory levels, coordinates distribution, liaises with vendors, analyzes supply chain data, monitors supplier performance, and ensures smooth product delivery. The planner collaborates with departments and implements contingency plans to mitigate risks.



Responsibilities

Order Management: Handle the day-to-day order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.

Inventory Management: Maintain and track optimal inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.

Distribution Management: Work with warehouse / logistics teams to ensure efficient delivery of products to customers.

Vendor Management: Communicate with vendors to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues related to quality or delivery timelines.

Data Analysis: Collect and analyze supply chain data to support decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.

Risk Mitigation & Contingency Implementation: Assist in the development and execution of contingency plans to mitigate supply chain risks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with merchandizing, sales & operations, and warehouse teams to align supply chain activities with business goals.

Performance Tracking: Monitor supplier performance and track order fulfillment rates, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
