Job Description

ob Responsibility:

Coordinate and assist in the development and implementation of Sustainability Framework for the organization, encompassing a structured approach to managing economic, environmental, social, and governance risks and opportunities and to aligns with global best practices and industry standards, such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards, Bursa Malaysia's ESG reporting requirements, and the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB).

Support the implementation of sustainability programmes within the organisation by being an important point of contact, coordinating information requests from other departments, and managing relevant databases.

Coordinate, collect, and support the development of the organisation sustainability reporting process and stakeholder communication

Coordinate and execute relevant initiatives under a sustainability culture plan to achieve project objectives aimed at raising sustainability awareness among employees

Strengthen communication systems by coordinating stakeholder interactions related to the dissemination and collection of information on sustainability matters.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives that align with the company's sustainability goals.

Conduct research and analysis on emerging ESG trends, best practices, and regulations.

Liaise with internal and external auditors, legal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination for ESG-related audits, and legal compliance.

Strong financial understanding and experience managing calculation-intensive workflows, including sustainability reporting, ESG metrics, cost-benefit analysis, carbon accounting, budgeting, and data-driven performance evaluation.



Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Environment or related field

At least 1-3 years of experience in ESG-related role

Strong understanding of ESG reporting frameworks and standards

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
