Safety, Quality & Delivery
Prioritize Safety, Quality, and Delivery at all times by practicing the “Stop, Call, and Wait” approach whenever any abnormality occurs.
Conduct on-site verification for all abnormality cases and improvement activities.
Ensure any abnormality information is escalated to the Head of Department within 3 hours.
Export-Import Strategy
Develop export-import strategies by designing and implementing logistics systems and procedures that align with the manufacturing framework, covering imported materials and export of finished goods to support production goals.
Regulatory Compliance & Licensing
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge and ensure full compliance with customs regulations, tariffs, free trade agreements, and manufacturing license requirements across all relevant markets.
Documentation Management
Prepare, review, and manage all required export-import documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, customs declarations, and license-related forms.
Logistics Coordination & Execution
Coordinate inbound shipments of raw materials and outbound shipments of finished products across manufacturing, warehouse, and customer delivery networks.
Negotiate freight rates, schedules, and contracts with carriers, freight forwarders, 3PL providers, and shipping lines.
Performance & Cost Management
Monitor shipment status, KPIs, and delivery performance.
Manage logistics budgets and identify cost‑saving opportunities while maintaining efficiency and compliance.
Issue Resolution & Risk Management
Resolve issues such as shipping delays, customs holds, damaged goods, or documentation discrepancies.
Perform risk assessments related to regulatory updates, geopolitical factors, and supply chain disruptions.
Stakeholder Coordination & Leadership
Coordinate and negotiate with external partners such as suppliers, customers, and logistics service providers.
Lead and guide logistics/export-import personnel by setting goals and ensuring team performance.
Continuous Improvement & Industry Monitoring
Stay updated on global trade developments and manufacturing license regulations.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives through performance analysis, compliance audits, and structured feedback.
Qualification
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or related field.
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in export/import logistics—preferably in a regulated manufacturing environment.
knowledge of customs regulations, trade compliance, documentation processes.
Proven negotiation skills and stakeholder relationship management.
Proficiency with ERP systems and logistics software.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment
