EXPORT EXECUTIVE

• Export Coordination:
- Collaborate with the Export Manager, Assistant Export Manager, or Senior Export Executive to coordinate export shipments, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics.
-Ensure the smooth and timely flow of goods for international shipments.
-Daily coordination of operations and customer booking.
-Arrange local and overseas transportation.
-Submit Monthly Reports in a timely manner.

• Documentation and Compliance:
-Assist in preparing and maintaining all export documentation (e.g. export sea shipment (LCL, FCL & Transshipment)), including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
-Stay updated on international trade regulations, customs requirements, and export laws.
-Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation standards.

• Customer and Partner Communication:
-Communicate with customers, partners, and relevant stakeholders to address export enquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships.
-Collaborate with the Export Manager, Assistant Export Manager, or Senior Export Executive to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
-Liaise with customers, external providers & overseas partners to resolve disputes/claims/queries.

• Export Reporting:
- Support in collecting, analyzing, and reporting export data, such as shipment volumes, compliance rates, and revenue.
- Assist in generating reports and providing data-driven insights to enhance export performance.

• Export Team Support:
- Work closely with the export team to provide administrative support, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Assist in maintaining export records, files, and databases.
- Contribute to the team's success by addressing export-related tasks and issues.

•External Provider and Partner Coordination:
-Collaborate with external providers, carriers, and service providers to ensure that services are delivered efficiently and meet quality standards.
-Assist in negotiating terms and agreements to optimize export services and costs.
