Export Executive

Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years in customer service in freight forwarding industry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, with minimum supervision.
Must be a team player with good working attitude and behaviour.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Exceptional customer service and follow up skills.
Responsibilities

Prepare and manage export documentation including shipping instructions, invoices, and packing lists.
Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customers for smooth shipment operations.
Coordinate export schedules with warehouse and logistics teams.
Ensure export processes meet international trade regulations.
Resolve any discrepancies in shipment or documentation.
