Facilities Manager

Job Description

Provide advice on safety within branch work areas.
Lead subordinates to achieve company goals (90%).
Provide better solution suggestions to superiors.
Able to handle branch maintenance issues independently.
Work arrangements take into account maintenance staff’s work safety.
Reduce annual maintenance costs (1-3% of total annual maintenance costs).
Ensure renovation progress is in accordance with target dates.
Coordinate and communicate with contractors.
Review branch's request for additional equipment.
Mobilize subordinate maintenance personnel to complete emergency tasks.
Assist the Project Maintenance Manager in executing and monitoring projects to ensure they are progressing smoothly according to budget and schedule.
On-site inspection of decoration materials and texture.
Supervise and manage all site installation and construction activities to ensure compliance with project timelines and quality and specification standards.
Record renovation costs.
Provide regular progress reports to superiors highlighting project milestones, challenges and suggestions for improvement.
Regularly inspect branches to pre-check water and electrical equipment.
Job requirements

At least 5-year related working experience.
Basic water and electricity building maintenance knowledge.
Basic use of interior design software (3D Max, AutoCad, Illustrator, Sketchup, photoshop and etc).
Able to read and understand architectural drawings.
Able to coordinate contractor docking.
Minimum at least diploma or degree in related fields.
Able to work in Taman Pelangi Indah, Ulu Tiram Johor
