Job Description:

Source vendors for facility upkeep and maintenance

Taking care the site overall procurement (sourcing, negotiation, quotation comparison, vendor qualification, create PO and PR)

Verification of goods and services received (procured).

Raise payment for the vendor job completed within the accounting period.

Liaise with contractor on job

FCZ entrance registration & Custom approval preparation for customers/vendors/visitors/candidate for employment etc.

Prepare refreshment & beverage for customers visit

Facility and asset checking and record maintenance

Lead 3rd party cleaners for daily warehouse / workplace cleaning

Any other tasks assigned by the Management pertaining to site maintenance and upkeep

Requirements:

Degree in any field.

Proven experience in facility management and procurement.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Cost conscious

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

Proficiency in MS Office.
