F&B Operation Manager - Damansara

-Planning and executing special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing F&B operations, such as menu development, promotional campaigns, and facility improvements.
-Facilitate effective communication and coordination between different departments within the organization, including kitchen staff, serving staff, management team, and external vendors or suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across all areas of F&B operations. Assist in implementing and enforcing safety protocols, sanitation guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
-Monitoring the restaurant's financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
-Analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and implementing measures to increase profitability.
-Participate in weekly and monthly Operation meeting with upper management.
-Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and special events to drive traffic and sales.
-Oversee food quality, presentation, and consistency to meet or exceed the restaurant’s standards.
