F&B OUTLET MANAGER (KUALA LUMPUR & JOHOR BAHRU)

Responsibilities:

1) Lead and oversee the overall outlet operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent daily performance.

2) Drive sales growth and profitability by achieving outlet targets through effective planning and execution.

3) Manage, coach, and develop outlet teams to build a high-performing and customer-focused culture.

4) Plan and optimize manpower, scheduling, and workforce productivity to support operational requirements.

5) Maintain excellent customer service standards and professionally manage customer concerns and service recovery.

6) Monitor inventory, stock levels, procurement, and cost control to ensure operational efficiency and minimize wastage.

7) Ensure full compliance with company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.

8) Monitor outlet financial performance including sales, labor costs, operating expenses, and profitability.

9) Review operational reports, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions where necessary.

10) Ensure outlet facilities, equipment, and overall readiness are maintained at all times.

11) Foster strong employee engagement and create a positive working environment.

Requirements:

1) Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 3 years in an Outlet Manager or equivalent leadership position.

2) Demonstrated ability to manage outlet performance, drive sales growth, and control operating costs.

3) Strong leadership and team management capabilities with experience developing high-performing teams.

4) Good understanding of budgeting, inventory management, operational reporting, and outlet profitability.

5) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

6) Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

7) Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

8) Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

F&B OUTLET SUPERVISOR (KUALA LUMPUR & JOHOR BAHRU)

Responsibilities:

1) Supervise daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

2) Lead and support team members in delivering excellent customer service.

3) Monitor staff performance, attendance, and adherence to company standards.

4) Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.

5) Ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene practices, and safety standards.

6) Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and cost control initiatives.

7) Assist in achieving outlet operational goals and performance KPIs.

8) Prepare reports and recommend improvements to enhance outlet performance.

Requirements:
