Field Visit Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Field Visit Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting field visits, verifying customer information, and providing accurate reports to support operational and collection activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to assigned locations as required
Verify customer or account information on-site
Prepare and submit accurate visit reports
Liaise with internal teams regarding visit outcomes
Ensure all visits are completed in a professional and timely manner
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information

Requirements:

Minimum SPM / Diploma (any field)
Must possess own transport (motorcycle or car)
Willing to travel for field assignments
Responsible, disciplined, and punctual
Good communication and observation skills
Prior experience in field work, collections, or enforcement is an advantage
