Finance Analyst (Data Analyst)

Requirements

Candidate must possess Diploma/Degree in Business Analystics, Data Science, Statistics or related field.
Expertise with data analysis and metrics analysis.
Excellent communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret and analyze large datasets for insights and trends
Fresh graduates with a strong academic background in data analysis are encouraged to apply.
Require language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin is an added advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively with operation and IT teams.
Able to multitask, work under pressure and meet tight deadline.
Must be willing to work at our office location in Bandar Sri Damansara.
Skillful in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Team player, has a good sense of responsibility and works independently with minimum supervision.
Responsibilities

Collect and organize data from various sources (e.g. accounting system, bank statement, transaction records) to ensure accuracy and completeness for analysis.
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPI), translating findings into actionable financial insights that support strategic business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
Use statistical method and tools (eg. SQL/Excel) to perform exploratory data analysis and predictive modeling.
Apply statistical methods and tools such as SQL and Excel for exploratory data analysis and financial modelling, including forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.
Monitor daily and weekly cash and cashless collection reports to track outstanding balances, assess liquidity, and support cash flow management.
Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies or system issues affecting financial reports, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for compliance and audit readiness.
Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot database-related issues and optimize financial data pipelines for timely and reliable reporting.
