Finance Clerk

Responsibilities

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about numbers? Join our dynamic team as a Finance Clerk,
where you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations from delivery to payment collection.
What You'll Do

. Preparing invoices and statements of accounts monthly
. Monitoring customer balances and collections
. Generating weekly collection reports
. Handling journal vouchers and intercompany reconciliations
. Ensuring timely submission of DOs to meet billing KPIs
. Sending payment reminders and maintaining organized documentation

What We're Looking For
· Minimum SPM/STPM qualification
. Basic understanding of accounting processes, especially in a manufacturing environment
. Familiarity with related documents like Work Orders, Sales Orders, Production Notes, and DOs
. Able to work independently under pressure
· Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude

Who You'll Work With

You'll collaborate closely with internal teams like Warehouse, Purchasing, Planning, and Business Development, and
build strong relationships with customers' Finance and Purchasing departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
