Finance Executive

Job Summary:
-Handle daily payment processing to ensure timely and accurate transactions
-Perform online banking activities and liaise with banks on transaction matters
-Monitor daily cash position and support basic cash flow planning
-Prepare bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
-Manage insurance policies, including renewals and claims coordination
-Ensure compliance with internal controls and proper documentation

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
-Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
-Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
