Finance Executive / Senior Finance Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage financial planning, reporting, and analysis for our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to contribute to strategic financial decisions..



Key responsibilities:

Assist in handling the AP, AR, general ledger and profit & loss statements.

Responsible for invoice issuance and following up on overdue payments and timely payments.

Perform data entry, bank reconciliations, and other accounting tasks such as processing daily transactions and issuing payments.

Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, monthly closing and monthly reporting.

Assist in liaising with auditor, bankers, and tax agents.

Ensure the accuracy and timely recording of all financial transactions.

Assist in audits, tax filings, and other ad-hoc assignments when required.



Job Requirements

Diploma, LCCI, Degree or ACCA in Accounting, Finance or equivalent qualifications

Prefer 1-3 years experience in AR/AP for Junior position.

At least 3-5 years experience in full set accounts for Senior position.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, UBS) and Microsoft Excel will be a plus.

Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)
