Position Overview
This role supports Group Tax and Compliance functions by assisting in tax computations, statutory filings, Bursa Malaysia compliance monitoring, and corporate secretarial coordination, ensuring timely regulatory compliance and strong governance across the Group.

Summary of Duties / Responsibilities:
· Support the Senior Tax Executive in the preparation of group tax computations, tax returns, and ensuring timely filing of statutory tax forms (e.g., Form C, CP204).
· Assist in monitoring and tracking all corporate announcements to ensure compliance with Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements and internal disclosure protocols.
· Maintain a centralized Group Compliance Calendar to track key dates for tax filings, corporate secretarial deadlines, and regulatory announcements.
· Liaise with external Company Secretaries to coordinate the preparation of board papers, circular resolutions, and the updating of statutory registers.
· Support the monitoring of tax-related recurring compliance obligations and escalate potential gaps or tax risks to the superior.
· Assist in documenting tax policies, tax incentive applications, and internal SOPs related to corporate governance and secretarial workflows.
· Prepare reconciliations, tax schedules, and supporting documents for external tax audits and statutory purposes.
· Liaise with tax agents, auditors, and relevant authorities (e.g., LHDN) or regulatory bodies when necessary.
· Assist in special projects, corporate exercises (e.g., post-IPO compliance), or other time-sensitive reporting matters.
· Undertake any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior or Management.
Minimum Qualification, Requirement and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
Strong accounting and reporting foundation with exposure to group or corporate reporting
Solid understanding of Malaysian Tax regulations (e.g., Form C, CP204) and MFRS reporting standards.
Familiarity with Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements and corporate secretarial processes is a significant advantage.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple reporting timelines
Ability to meet tight regulatory deadlines (Bursa/LHDN) and work independently with minimal supervision.
