Maintain organized finance documentation (audit-ready filing, digital + hardcopy)
Support internal controls and ensure transactions are properly supported
4) Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting (must-have scope)
Support the preparation of the annual budget (with department inputs as needed)
Track budget vs. actual monthly and provide clear variance explanations
Maintain a rolling cashflow forecast (e.g., 3–6 months), updated based on collections and upcoming commitments

5) Payroll & Statutory Support
Support payroll administration (claims, allowances, deductions as assigned)

Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred, as the role involves communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
High accuracy, confidentiality, and ability to meet deadlines
Key Skills & Traits
