Requirements

Experience in crafting an M&A Plan, corporate tax plan and business model development to optimise group-level financial bottom lines.
Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA will be an added advantage
A minimum of 3 years of working experience in the audit firm is required for this position; MIA membership will be an added advantage.
Excellent command in spoken and written English and Mandarin, fluency in Mandarin, " We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
Responsibilities

Manage accounts (including inter-company transactions and group consolidation), financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and provide insights on variances and trends.
Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
Formulate cash management practices to maximize yields, cost savings, and efficiencies.
Provide an assessment on managing corporate risk management and develop counteraction plans.
Provide leadership in assessment and evaluation of M&A opportunities and the development of corresponding capital structure plans.
Liaise with auditors, the company secretary, the tax agent, investors, and the banker.
Study and research the overseas country's tax and companies act; provide real-time advice/guidance on new projects, compliance, and regulatory-related matters.
