FINANCE, MANAGER

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance, Manager to oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and risk management. In this role, you will drive financial strategy, optimize costs, and ensure the company’s financial health through insightful analysis and leadership. Your main responsibilities shall among others include the following: -

-To review, supervise on daily operations/transactional processing to ensure the compliance of company SOPs, relevant regulations & reporting requirements.

-To manage monthly closing & reporting in accordance to Accounting Standard and Policy.

-To ensure timeliness and accuracy of weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting been prepared.

-To ensure all daily transactions and records are accurate.

-To analyse and present financial data, report, budget, business plans etc. for forecasting cost and budget control.

-To prepare audited financial statements and assist in yearly audit.

-To involve in financial reporting, management accounting and budgeting reviews.

-To oversee general ledger, treasury, fixed assets, accounts payable and accounts receivable.

-To support budgeting and forecasting financial activities.

-To ensure all tax-related issues are properly dealt with.

-To effectively build up and develop the Finance team’s capability.

-Performs any other duties as entrusted by your superior or Head of Department and/or any other representative as assigned by the Management from the time to time.

-To liaise with Bankers, Auditors, Tax Agent and Government Officers and other related parties when required.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

-Proven 5+ years of experience in financial management, accounting or corporate finance.

-Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting and reporting tools.

-Proficiency in financial software.

-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

-Strong leadership and communication abilities.

-Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
