东南亚财务经理 Finance Manager based Thailand/Malaysia

本职位需常驻泰国/马来西亚，并有东南亚财务工作相关经验

岗位职责：

1、负责搭建东南亚财务团队，对当地财税法规要求，融资要求等进行梳理，建立财务管理制度。

2、全面负责东南亚，海外业务财务管理工作，包括但不限于会计核算及监督、资金管理、费用管理、税务，内控等工作。

3、了解香港及东南亚税收政策和股权架构设计、做好整体的税务规划和把控税务风险。

4、为海外公司业务开展提供财务端的方案，把控业务风险，每月输出业务分析报告。

5、负责公司预算的编制、控制、分析与考评工作。

6、负责海外公司同当地银行、税务等外部机构协调工作。

7、及时掌握内部（国内公司业务等)与外部（税务等）等各方面财务要求。

8、配合TT集团总部财务的相关财务制度要求。



岗位要求：

1、本科以上学历，5年以上零售行业工作经验；

2、熟悉东南亚、香港地区财务法规、税法、金融政策，熟练使用财务软件；

3、了解国际税收，业财工作经验；

4、中英文能作为工作语言，主动沟通协调能力强。

Finance Manager（South East Asia）

Job responsibilities

1、Responsible for building Southeast Asia finance team, sorting out local fiscal and tax regulations requirements, financing requirements, etc., and establishing financial management system.

2、fully responsible for Southeast Asia, overseas business financial management work, including but not limited to accounting and supervision, fund management, expense management, tax, internal control and other work.

3、understanding of Hong Kong and Southeast Asia tax policy and equity structure design, overall tax planning and control of tax risk.

4、Provide financial solutions for the business development of overseas companies, control business risks, and output business analysis reports every month.

5、Responsible for the preparation, control, analysis and evaluation of the company's budget.

6、Responsible for the coordination between the overseas company and local banks, tax and other external organizations.

7、Keeping abreast of internal (domestic company operations, etc.) and external (tax, etc.) financial requirements.

8、Cooperate with the TOP TOY Group headquarters’ relevant financial requirements.

Job requirements

1、Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years working experience in retail industry;

2、familiar with Southeast Asia and Hong Kong’s financial regulations, tax laws, financial policies. Skilled use of financial software;

3、Familiar with international taxation. Rich financial work experience;

4、Chinese and English can be used as working languages. Active communication and coordination skills.
