DOO you have what it takes?



What you’ll be working on:

Oversee and manage operational cases at the 1st level including follow up case status to ensure on timely closure.

Responsible for the daily reconciliation between existing PSPs and platforms (Transactions Report and Settlement Report); required meticulously reviewing

Responsible in managing the relationship with Payment service providers (PSPs) Opening and maintaining the communications with EMI Banks and existing PSPs

Continuously evaluate and improve operational systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Ad-Hoc Project – undertake additional assignments and projects as delegated by superiors from time to time.



What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance & accounting math, statistics, computer science, business or another quantitative field.

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.

Risk awareness – able to demonstrate understanding of risk control principles, have certain awareness of risk control, critical thinking, information security and corresponding escalation on cases as when required.

Adaptability - A fast learner, able to adapt to rapidly developing and changing working environment, with strong team work and communication skills, must possess a clear mindset and tendency for innovation.

Familiar and with knowledge of fund accounting practices is considered as an advantage

Good organisation skills, with capability to prioritise workloads effectively and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in both in English and Mandarin including listening, speaking, reading and writing is preferred. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
