Across both tracks, Finance Transformation professionals in these roles are expected to:

Define or support finance vision, strategy, and operating model design aligned to business goals

Redesign and optimize end-to-end finance processes — from financial close to management reporting

Drive or contribute to ERP implementations, intelligent automation, and digital finance initiatives

Shape the finance technology and data architecture, considering the broader enterprise landscape

Support regulatory and accounting compliance requirements (including MFRS 17, BNM guidelines)

Lead or assist in change management — impact assessment, training, stakeholder engagement

Manage transition activities: planning, knowledge transfer, cutover, and post go-live support

Identify continuous improvement opportunities and monitor outcomes against intended results

(Consulting track) Support proposals, client relationship management, and business development



Who We Are Looking For
Analyst/ Senior Analyst:

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline

Approximately 2 years in a consulting firm with finance exposure; OR 3–4 years in a corporate finance role ready to make the move into consulting

Experience in financial reporting, FP&A, management accounting, or finance operations. Some exposure to process improvement, system changes, or transformation projects would be great

Keen to grow beyond a traditional finance role and take on broader responsibilities

Some familiarity with ERP, automation tools, or finance process improvement — even indirectly

Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure problems clearly



Manager

Seasoned finance professional with experience leading major change within financial services

Proven track record leading or managing finance transformation engagements

Ability to build credibility quickly with CFOs and senior finance stakeholders

Experience managing project workstreams from strategy through delivery

Prior financial services exposure (banking, insurance, takaful) is a strong advantage

Hands-on experience with ERP, reporting tools, or finance automation is highly valued

Knowledge of MFRS 17, IFRS standards, or BNM regulatory frameworks is a strong plus
