Financial Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a Financial Analyst – SSC with strong analytical and financial skills to support financial reporting, planning, analysis and business decision-making within a Shared Services Centre environment. The successful candidate will work closely with regional finance teams and business stakeholders, with Mandarin language proficiency required for communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyse financial reports, management reports and business performance data.
Perform monthly financial analysis, variance analysis and investigate significant fluctuations.
Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
Analyse revenue, expenses, costs, profitability and key financial KPIs.
Prepare financial models, dashboards and management presentations.
Provide insights and recommendations to support business and financial decisions.
Work closely with regional finance, accounting and business teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Review financial data and identify discrepancies, trends and potential risks.
Assist with process improvements, automation and standardisation within the SSC.
Ensure financial information is accurate, complete and compliant with internal policies and controls.
Respond to financial queries from internal stakeholders and provide timely analysis.
Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as required by management.
Communicate and collaborate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders across the region.

Requirements;
Candidates Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Economics, or a related field.
Knowledge of Audit is a MUST
